This means that if you are accepted for a certain role and perform at an adequate level during the summer, you will have the role for the 2024 fall semester. Getting accepted to one of these roles gives you a good resume builder and sets you up for promotion within Bridge!

Marketing Director

1. Creating posters for classes

2. Instagram

   1. Posting advertisements for classes on insta

   2. Reels about what bridge is about

   3. Increasing follower count

3. Logo

   1. Logo design

1. Responsible for updating websites (new classes)

2. Listens to teacher and administration input

Human Resources Director (HR)

• Collaborative (work with marketing department to advertise)

• Recruits 8+ teachers per semester

• In charge of assisting teachers creating classes

• In charge of reviewing teacher applications and proposals

• People not accepted to this position may be placed in the human resources department and must recruit 2+ teachers per semester
